Welcome to Ihsan Travels. By booking any of our travel services, including (but not limited to) Umrah packages, holiday tours, airline tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, or visa assistance, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or partial payment has been received and acknowledged by Ihsan Travels.
• Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including passport details, names, contact information, and travel documents. Ihsan Travels is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.
• Passport & Visa: Travelers must ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months from the date of travel. Visa approval is at the discretion of the relevant authorities, and Ihsan Travels cannot guarantee visa issuance.
• Payments: Package prices are subject to change without prior notice due to airline fare adjustments, hotel rates, exchange rates, taxes, or government regulations until the booking is confirmed.
• Package Inclusions: Services included in each package are listed at the time of booking. Any additional services requested by the customer may incur extra charges.
• Changes & Amendments: Any changes to confirmed bookings, including travel dates, passenger names, hotels, or itineraries, may result in additional charges depending on airline and supplier policies.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests are subject to our Refund Policy and the cancellation rules of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other third-party suppliers.
• Customer Responsibility: Travelers must comply with the laws, customs, and regulations of the destination country and follow all instructions provided by airlines, hotels, and local authorities.
• Force Majeure: Ihsan Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses resulting from natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Liability: Ihsan Travels acts only as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers. We are not liable for delays, schedule changes, baggage loss, injuries, or service interruptions caused by airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other suppliers.
• Special Requests: Any special requests, including wheelchair assistance, dietary requirements, room preferences, or other accommodations, should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make an effort to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
• Right to Modify: Ihsan Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotel selections, transportation arrangements, or package details when necessary due to operational requirements or supplier availability while providing suitable alternatives whenever possible.
